This month, we’d like to introduce you to the newest member of the Diverse Dental team Dr Mikhil Nathoo. Those patients who have already met him will know Dr Mikhil is an extremely caring and gentle dentist. What you might not know is that he is also very highly trained and skilled.
After first graduating with honours with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Melbourne, Dr Mikhil continued his studies to become a Doctor of Dental Medicine, graduating from the University of Sydney. During his time at university, Dr Mikhil won the Professor Noel Martin memorial Prize in Dentistry and made the University of Sydney Honour Roll. He was also awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Global Mobility Scholarship, allowing him to study at the University of Osaka in Japan. A skilled general dentist, Dr Mikhil has a passion for oral surgery, crown and bridge work and root canal treatment, and used his time at university to further his skills in these areas.
Away from dentistry, Dr Mikhil loves a good game of tennis, golf or cricket whenever he has the chance.
