What is All-on-4?
Usually, implant treatment to replace a complete arch of teeth requires multiple dental implants, often six or more. With All-on-4, just four dental implants are needed to support an implant bridge. Because so few dental implants are needed, treatment is more affordable, and the technique used to place dental implants also helps to avoid the need for bone grafting.
With conventional implant treatment, the dental implants are generally spaced evenly along the jaw, but with All-on-4, the implants are placed towards the front of the mouth, maximising the use of available bone where it is naturally stronger and thicker. In addition, the way the implants are inserted is slightly different, providing increased contact with the bone around the implants and optimal stability and strength.
What to Expect When You Have All-on-4?

After the implants are placed, we can fit a temporary restoration so you will never be left without teeth. The restoration splints the implants together, preventing movement while they heal properly.
