It's easy to take your teeth for granted until they begin to fail. At this point, you realise how much you rely on them and quickly discover how difficult it is to do everyday actions such as chewing food and talking and laughing confidently with others. Traditionally, a missing set of teeth would be replaced with dentures resting directly on the gums. While dentures can look good, they are not without problems, and many people struggle to wear them comfortably.

All-on-Four is an advanced solution for people facing complete tooth loss and for long-time denture wearers. It provides users with replacement teeth fixed firmly in position, looking and functioning as closely as possible to natural teeth.

Why Choose All-on-Four?

Unlike other full-arch dental implant restorations that require multiple implants, All-on-Four is an affordable solution that uses just four dental implants to support a complete arch of teeth. The system's secret lies in how the dental implants are situated and angled.

All four dental implants are placed towards the front of the mouth, where your jawbone is naturally thicker and stronger and able to provide the proper support for the implants, so over time, they become firmly fused in your jawbone. Situating the implants in this way helps avoid bone grafting, which is often necessary when people have lost teeth quite some time ago or lost them to periodontal disease. While the implants right at the front are placed vertically, the remaining two are placed on either side and are tilted backwards at a 45° angle. Tilting them increases contact with the jawbone, so these implants will be stronger and more stable, providing greater support for your new implant teeth.

Even better, you can receive your teeth soon after your implants are placed. The temporary restoration effectively splints your implants together, ensuring they cannot move during healing, which is extremely important as these implants cannot be disturbed. These temporary teeth remain in position until your implants have healed and fused with your jawbone; at this point, we replace them with your permanent implant teeth. Your new teeth are screwed onto the implants and can only be removed by a dentist. The result is teeth that provide far greater biting strength than an ordinary denture and are custom-designed to look and feel natural and comfortable.
